Quality and Safety Testing
①Torsion Resistance Test:
Objective: Ensure the handle can withstand torque or rotational forces without failure or deformation during actual use.
Procedure: Securely connect the testing lever to the midpoint of the handle component being tested. Assemble the handle onto the testing device and conduct an angular displacement test.
②Fatigue Test:
Objective: Evaluate the handle's durability.
Procedure: Add weight to the flat-bottomed pan to simulate the action of lifting and lowering the pan approximately 14,000 times. Afterward, inspect the handle for any signs of deformation.

③Impact Test:
Objective: Assessing the Robustness of the Handle
Procedure: Resist an impact with a mass of 500g ± 5g. The impact force is applied to the handle (at the end) or the side ear (at the middle or end).

④Flame Resistance Test:
Objective: Ensuring the Handle Does Not Ignite or Become Unsafe Near a Flame or High-Temperature Environment.
Procedure: Burn the specified points of the handle, non-perforated and perforated side ears, in flames for 30 seconds, then move away the flame to observe if the flame extinguishes within a few seconds.
⑤Heat Resistance Test:
Objective: Checking for Warping, Cracking, or Fracturing of the Handle and Side Ear in High Temperatures.
Procedure: Heat the handle to the specified temperature using a stove and then cool it.
⑥Cold Assembly, Hot Assembly Strength Test:
Objective: Testing the Handle and Side Ear for Effective Load-Bearing Without Fracturing.
Cold Assembly: Handle - Install the handle onto the pot, support the handle in a manner similar to holding it, add weight to the flat-bottomed pan, and remove it from the oven after one minute. Similarly for the side ear.
Hot Assembly: Handle - Heat a flat-bottomed pan with the handle installed and a weight at the center until the entire handle reaches the specified temperature. Hold the handle in a normal manner, lift the pan from the oven, and bear the weight for 1 minute. Similarly for the side ear.
⑦Salt Spray Test:
Objective: Testing Product Corrosion Resistance.
